Uniform Information

The Roger A. Saunders School of Hotel and Restaurant Management has a long and proud tradition
within the hospitality industry.  Our students, Chefs, and Professors have earned a reputation of being
prepared professionals in both their actions and their image.  Important aspects of your professional
image include having the required tools and uniform for your area of study.  Your professional
appearance represents the College, respect for your chosen career and yourself.

This page is designed for Newbury College’s
returning day students, Adult Professional Students (APS),
and Newbury College alumni.
From this page, you will be able to order all official Newbury College chef
wear, chef wear accessories, and front of house uniforms.

First year students DO NOT order online as you will
order directly through the College at Prep Day or start of semester.

From this page you will be able to order all pieces of the culinary uniform and those of the dining room
uniform.  Culinary students will need the full culinary uniform for all production classes beginning with CU
100 – Culinary Concepts and World Flavors. Students enrolled in any of the dining room classes (CU
202, CU 204 and HR 355) will need the full dining room uniform. All chefs' jackets are now embroidered
with the new Newbury logo and the student’s name.  In the applicable section of the order form use your
legal first name (or a shortened version thereof) which will be embroidered on your jacket.

Allow 5-10 business days for the delivery of the uniforms.  Returning resident students may use the
College address; commuter students will have the uniforms delivered to their home address.
